Heavenn =)

In the past i have read books about people who say to have gone to heaven and/or hell. Still, i know that everyone has their own imagination and idea of how they expect heaven to be ( if they believe in it). In this specific book the author, seems to make heaven different for everyone in it. She makes it seem like if you really want something in heaven you have it once you think of it. This made me think of how i imagine heaven to be. In the past, i have always tried to imagine how heaven could be- but i know its too beautiful for the human mind to visualize or even think of.

On the other hand, i believe that heaven is not at all as it is described in this book because God wouldn't allow you to suffer. I say this because Susie is still able to see her family and murderer, yet she is not able to speak to them or tell them what really happened, i believe this is suffering. I think that once you die, its over. You are not able to see you're family or do anything on Earth anymore. In fact, I believe that when people say that they have seem ghosts or "Spirits" it is because a demon has taken the physical image of the dead person to haunt people and be an evil disturbance on Earth.

Some other book that can be read about heaven are:

A devine Revelation of Heaven- by: Mary K. Baxter
In Light of Eternity- by: Randy Alcorn
Heaven: My Father's House- by: Anne Graham Lotz
90 Minutes in heaven: A True Story about Life and Death- by:Don Piper

Also, Some books you can read about hell are:

A Divine Revelation of Hell- by: MAry K. Baxter

hey Ecleen!!

Well since I;m reading the same novel as you are, I understand fully what you mean. Though you think it's suffering that Susie can't talk to her family members, I think she doesn't want it very much, maybe that's why she isn't able to communicate with them by words. Since in her heaven, if you want something really badly, you'll get it. I think she's afraid she'll scare them off, in my opinion.

So, when she gets to really want to talk to them...it will happen.

You'll understand when you read the entire book =]

oh here's a quote I think of when I hear heaven, my best friend told me it.
"Everyone wants to go to heaven but no one wants to die..."

I am also reading this book, and from your blog, I realized, that I was totally thinking of the same thing!! The heaven described in the book, also makes me visualize how heaven really is, but the heaven in the book is fictional, because as you said, Susie is still suffering. Excellent job on your blog :)

I am madd cool? Says who? O yea my NAme does =D. Anyways yea i get what your saying that its up to what you want in your afterlife that determines your heaven. Like if i like Ms. Faughey's class then i would be in her class in heaven =D. But lets say i do bad things in life then i would go to hell which would be something that i dread such as going to CyberLand with my friends . . . *tear*
